Little Si is an all time favorite of mine! It’s super close: I can see the route as I write this on my dining room table. It’s super fun: there are plenty of easy and not-so-easy options. It’s quick: you can easily get to the top within an hour of scrambling, and then it’s a quick walk out. No nonsense fun.
I went up with Mary and Chris and we did some exploring. I ended up on what I thought was at least 4th class terrain. Some of the moves felt very climby. We were scrambling, so I bailed when I felt uncomfortable.
